Delilah needs help (remember, readers: she didn’t go to the cops because her sister could possibly be arrested for being an accessory to Die Kabale’s crimes), and now she’s gone to Harkin Farley…will it do any good? On the one hand, he’s the son of a cop, and on the other he ran away from home quite a while ago. He may have been able to take down Scapula before (with back-up, that is), but he’s also been wallopped and/or abducted by the likes of Crybaby, the Halloween Gang, and Nazz the Nazi.
We’ll just have to wait and see how this goes…but hey, we’ll only have to wait until Tuesday!
And then Naz shows up…..
…with Hannibal Lecter, King Kong, and the Clockwork Orange droogs. NOW Harkin’s in trouble!
King Kong… as in the ape or the wrestler?
The ape, of course!
It’s okay because she also made the mistake of bringing godzilla along and the too end up fighting each other.
I still lay even money on Leatherface somehow winning.
He has the look of someone who is not at all convinced that the right thing is going to work. And, really? I don’t blame him. He’s in WAY over his head here.
Is anyone else tired of stories where characters always know exactly what to do and how to solve their problems perfectly on the first try? Well, mebbe I am, which is why I write stories about idiots and paranoiacs.
Here! Nothing more boring than a character with zero problems to achieve what they plan.
Agreed. I just find it refreshing when one of the characters REALIZES how much dung they just stepped in, myself!
Hard not to feel bad for Delilah here. When your only option is Harkin, you are truly desperate.
Or she’s playing one helluva long con…..
San Diego?
Desperate times call for…wimpy emo boys?
Delilah is definitely in a bad spot here; let’s see how (if?) she gets out of this one!
Harkin, your mother’s an effing supervillain, go at least ask her for some friggin’ advice! Darned kid.
He never learned much from either of his loonie parents (except how to mix drinks as a kid).
His mother may be a supervillain, but leutenant Farley is leutenant Farley.
….Is that good or bad, Zealot?
…”Again”?! WTF
He was a big-time musician once; they have all sorts of crazy, soul-shatteringly disturbing life-stories.
Everytime I hear “Delilah” I think of that damn radio host and her bumper music. Deliiiiiiiiilah!!
I’m just surprised I’ve had a character named Delilah for this long and no one has made a Samson reference (Biblical references too good for ya mugs?).
I guess Harkin needs a……. haircut!
Was that good enough?
Ba-BOOM!
If it helps, Jenn did crack a joke or two about that to me in private. She liked to keep her religion and her webcomics apart, it seems. No mixing the crazy, yo!
