Very interesting situation.
So “long hair” Jemini was a clone, begging Scapula since a long time to return her criminal business, in fact always under control of the real one.
Definitely a lapse in logic there, unless if Jemini was using the mother of all silencers (now I wish Lady Jenn was here to educate us on those doohickeys). Story comes first, little details like realism are a pleasant afterthought.
Why did the real Jemini kill Sanderson? We’ll find out a little more tomorrow.
Could any one of us accept that we are not who we are and that someone else is us? The theme has been explored in too many sci-fi/action movies (some good, some bad), so I’ll let you choose whichever you want. I personally recommend Parts: The Clonus Horror, if only because you can watch it on Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Padding underlayer to soak up blunt impact, gel undervest, kevlar layer, lightweight chain mail, ceramic plates, fire retardant leather overlayer, ceramic greaves and forearm guards, chain gloves with fire retardant leather cover, steel pauldrons, padded elbow and knee guards, heavy groin protection, and then clothes or combat webbing. That doesn’t even count the two pistols, SMG, shotgun, several clips of ammo, probably an assault rifle, and numerous knives, plus helmet (and occasionally flashbang grenades, I’m given to understand). I think tank treads would have been a vast improvement for her spine!
He paid the price for his loyalty, which is a very depressing message about the world (or the world of this comic). We’ll see what Jemini has on her minds tomorrow.
Well, this is awkward.
“AWKWAAAAAAAARD. I am Funnybot.”

little bit disappointing – she looks better with long hair, I think, so it’s sad to think she’ll most likely die soon.
Maybe yes and maybe no. We’ll find out more tomorrow. Maybe.
I am seeing double! Four Jeminis!!!!
I am surprised clone Jemini didn’t hear the shots go off.

DUN DUN DUUUUUN!!! AWESOME! SORRY FOR SHOUTING.
YOU SCREAM IN CAPS LOCK JUST LIKE GRANDMA TRYING TO WRITE AN EMAIL!
Thing is – can the clone accept that she is a clone or does she think that she is the real one and it’s a clone at her door ? And why waste Sanderson…

Alas poor Sanderson. Being big, mean, and prone to violence doesn’t make you bulletproof.
Which is why Jenn used to wear literally 80 freaking pounds of armour under her clothes. More for special occasions.
Along with a gigantic helmet and tank treads, I presume? Oh Jenn, your wacky adventures came to an end too soon.
As for Sanderson, good riddance to the snotty bastard!

Sanderson had an… interesting arc in the comic. But ultimately no resolution- I guess that’s the price of doing business in the criminal underworld.
I wonder if Jemini 1.0 sees the value in “running” two organizations.

Oh, dear. The chit is about to hit the fan.
