Trust me when I say she’s being very, very stupid about the whole fugitive business. You don’t want to get caught? Dig a deep hole and never come out for fresh air. The only other thing you should be doing is constructing an escape route for when whoever is after you eventually finds your sorry butt. I spent more than six years evading legal pursuit, and I almost got nailed three times, and that was after I skipped the CONTINENT.
She could have stayed in the bunker for months on end…but what kind of story would that have been?
Then again, I wouldn’t have to draw too many backgrounds. Hell, all of the stories should just take place in empty white rooms!
Johann Vasquez once had a Johnny the Homicidal Maniac comic take place in heaven, and there’s a note scrawled in the back of a panel about how easy clouds are to draw, so no matter where a story was, even if it was miles underground, the background would be clouds. Your comment reminded me of that and both make me laugh!
“But I’m not mad at you for turning down my kind and generous offer, love. Heavens no. By the way, don’t get too close to that ledge!”

Now THERE’S a hashtag I’d like to see more of; go on Twitter, kids, and make a game out of it!
Oh, poo. More poo… excess of poo.
Sounds like someone had an excess of chimichangas!
Tee hee hee. Poopoo!
That reminds me, did we ever get to know who it was China talked to, when not in sight? Back in the Bone China story arc, I mean.
Which one was that? I don’t even remember my own comics anymore, thanks to the booze.
Better be some high quality hooch, Mister!
Hmmmm……. actually, Caracan, I don’t think we ever did……
