…aaaaaand we’re back! This is the beginning of a really big story, my creepy kids and freakish followers, so let’s start off with a little fun. I’m sure most of you will the get the reference of the gang’s costumes and vehicle (and here’s hoping a certain mouse-themed company’s lawyers don’t…).
For you new readers in the audience, it’s advisable that you go back and read a bit through the Archives (in particular the 2013-2014 series relaunch) to get an idea of who the characters are and what’s going on. But hey, if you want to just wing it and dive right in, I won’t stop you.
Woohoo! The website is working again!
Hell yeah! Thank you, everyone, for your faith and patience. The past two days have been stressful on me, but thankfully all is well (…for now), and we’ve got a whole new season of comics to read!
Aaaaaand we’re back! Goddammit, Babirus, stay away from the web servers!
Why am I half hoping that this new plan of Scap’s gets foiled by four kids and a Great Dane in a van?
(RIP Casey Kasem)
Babirus? No, no, no, he’s actually not bad with sophisticated technology (for a crap-covered ape, anyway). The errors on the site were all caused by Dadaman!
How old would the Mystery Machine kids be by now?
Let’s see, the show started in 1968, and figure them to be at least 16 at the time in order to legally drive the van, so that puts them at about 62 years of age. So now the gas for the Mystery Machine is paid for with an AARP discount.
Boogah-Boogah! Welcome Back, Scap! Even if the “spooks have interrupted” our doom buggy ride! Smiles and nice ride!
Great to be back, Brig! Grim grinning cartoonists come out to socialize!
I want that wagon. I want that wagon SO bad!
Eh, it’s got to be the mother of all gas guzzlers. Just look at the exhaust!
S’okay, you can run a car on hooch. And I can make gallons of the stuff with potato peelings.
Welcome back, Scap, and nice job with utilizing technology in order to supervise on your subordinates without having to necessarily endanger yourself. 🙂
Good to have you back, George! If you can utilize technology without actually having to learn it you might be doing things right!
But how many hits did he get on YouTube
Sadly not nearly as much as “Batman eating a hot dog” or “He-Man sings for ten hours”.
Be ashamed of yourself, Internet.
